WSET® Level 2

A deeper dive into the world of wine covering the principal grape varieties of the world, the regions they come from, and the styles they produce. You’ll develop proper tasting technique using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting Wine® (SAT), and build the confidence to talk about wine knowledgeably and professionally.

Whether you’re building on Level 1 or coming in with enthusiasm and no formal qualification, Level 2 will transform how you think about, talk about, and serve wine to guests.

Three days in the classroom, plus 12 hours of self-study beforehand. It’s a commitment and absolutely worth it.

Course details:

Course pre-requisite: minimum 12 hours of self-study reading the Level 2 study pack before the course starts. Holding WSET® Level 1 is advantageous.
G.U.E.S.T. Programme: Accredited as Specialist Unit 13.
Course length: 3 full days (08:45–17:30), plus 12 hours of self-study in advance. A 50-question in-person multiple choice exam at the end of Day 3.

Cancellation & booking policy:

All courses, study materials and exams are in English. Once registered and study materials have been issued, we cannot offer refunds but will transfer you to a future course if you’re unable to attend. Failure to attend once registered incurs a WSET unused exam paper penalty fee. All courses are managed by FWW Ltd (UK); prices are quoted in GBP inc. VAT.
